We've created this concept to help simplify the process of designing a home. This conceptual system is the beginning of our solution to the current housing crisis; as it is efficient to manufacture, high performing, low impact and simple to install.
From the beginning of the process, we aim to give you as much control over your house as possible - bringing together your preferences with our expertise to configure your perfect home for less. Working with our team, choose from a range of base units, additional floors, roof units, garden rooms and accessories.
Base Units ↓
We've created two base units, each designed to fit on the back of a low loader and connect seamlessly to the other components in our modular system. We have done this in order to significantly increase the efficiency of the manufacturing and construction process whilst retaining internal and external design flexibility.
Additional Floor Units ↓
Our base & roof units can be combined with an additional full height storeys, ideal for adding bedrooms when you are happy with your ground-floor footprint.
Roof Units ↓
Our roof options allow you to build the aesthetic you want for your home while providing different internal living spaces like mezzanine floors.
